Why isn't there tracking information in my order?
If you can not see any tracking data for a shipment plus the estimated delivery date hasn't yet passed, your package should still arrive on time. You'll find some common factors why tracking info is unavailable on our Tracking Shipments Help page.
Free Shipping
To take advantage of FREE Shipping:
- Place at a minimum $25 of eligible merchandise within your Shopping Cart.
- Go to checkout.
- Ship your items to one particular U.S. address.
- Select "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" as your shipping preference.
- Select FREE Shipping for your shipping speed. The transaction will be delivered within 3-7 working days after all of the items are available to ship (including pre-order items).
- Place your order, and enjoy the free postage!
With this particular shipping option, we fulfill your order within a more cost-efficient way. This allows us to pass our savings on to you in the form of free shipping. Though it might take some extra time to pack and ship your order, you'll still receive it inside the estimated delivery schedule.
International Shipping
We gladly accepts orders all the world over. Available brands, shipping rates and costs can vary with regards to the delivery address on your order.

These items can be shipped to just about all destinations outside the U.S.:

* Note: Books that need special handling because they are extremely heavy (like, multi-volume sets) can't be shipped outside the U.S. If this is the case, it is noted within the product detail page.
LimitationsFor products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty might not be valid; manufacturer service options most likely are not available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings are probably not in destination country languages; these products (and accompanying materials) may not be coded in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; also, the products may not comply with destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that your product may be lawfully imported to the destination nation. When ordering the recipient is the importer of record and has to abide by all laws of the destination country.

We wish our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, for example titles, to international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in an effort to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Should the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," although the tariff of the item continues to be stated within the customs form.
Customs authorities demand value of the gift item to be stated on the package.

When orders shipped internationally make it to the destination country, they are governed by customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
